HICHKOLA COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

1. PURPOSE

Hichkola is designed to provide a friendly, respectful and safe environment for adults to communicate and make new connections.

Every user is responsible for following these Community Guidelines.

2. RESPECT OTHER USERS

Users must treat other users respectfully.

The following behavior is prohibited:

• Harassment
• Threats
• Bullying
• Abusive behavior
• Hate or discriminatory behavior
• Intimidation
• Repeated unwanted contact
• Impersonation
• Misleading or fraudulent behavior

3. SEXUAL OR EXPLOITATIVE CONTENT

Hichkola does not permit sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse or exploitation, or any other illegal sexual content or activity.

Any content or behavior involving minors in a sexual or exploitative context is strictly prohibited.

Users must not use Hichkola for prostitution, sexual exploitation, trafficking, or other illegal activities.

4. ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES

Hichkola must not be used to facilitate illegal activities, fraud, scams, money laundering, trafficking, or other unlawful activities.

5. PRIVACY

Users must not share another person's private or confidential information without permission.

6. SPAM

Spam, automated abuse, repeated unwanted messages, fake accounts and attempts to manipulate the platform are prohibited.

7. REPORTING

Users can report inappropriate users or content through the reporting functionality available in the application.

Reports may be reviewed by Hichkola's moderation/support team.

8. BLOCKING

Users can block other users where the functionality is available.

9. MODERATION

Hichkola may review reports and take appropriate action based on the circumstances.

Actions may include:

• Warning
• Content removal
• Feature restriction
• Temporary suspension
• Permanent account termination

10. SERIOUS VIOLATIONS

Hichkola may permanently suspend or terminate accounts involved in serious violations without prior warning where appropriate.

11. FALSE REPORTS

Abusing the reporting system or knowingly submitting false reports may result in account restrictions.

12. CHILD SAFETY

Hichkola does not permit child sexual abuse or exploitation.

Any suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation must be reported immediately through the available reporting/support mechanism.

13. CHANGES

Hichkola may update these Community Guidelines from time to time to maintain a safe and compliant platform.
