HICHKOLA TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. ACCEPTANCE

By registering for or using Hichkola, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines.

If you do not agree, you must not use the application.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Hichkola is intended for adults and users must satisfy the applicable minimum age requirement.

Users are responsible for providing accurate registration information.

3. USER ACCOUNT

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account and must not share account credentials or OTPs with another person.

4. USER CONDUCT

Users must use Hichkola only for lawful purposes and must follow the Community Guidelines.

5. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Users must not use Hichkola for:

• Harassment
• Fraud or scams
• Illegal activities
• Impersonation
• Abuse
• Spam
• Exploitation
• Sexual exploitation
• Child sexual abuse or exploitation
• Distribution of prohibited content
• Attempts to compromise the platform or another user's account

6. BLOCKING AND REPORTING

Users may block or report other users where such functionality is available.

7. MODERATION

Hichkola may investigate reports and take appropriate action.

This may include warnings, restrictions, suspension or permanent termination.

8. USER CONTENT

Users are responsible for content and communications they submit through Hichkola.

Users must not submit content that violates applicable law or Hichkola policies.

9. PRIVACY

Personal information is handled according to the Hichkola Privacy Policy.

10. PAYMENTS

Where paid features, coins or other services are available, applicable prices and payment terms will be displayed before purchase.

Payment processing is subject to the applicable payment platform terms and Hichkola's policies.

11. REFUNDS

Refunds, cancellations and disputed transactions will be handled according to the applicable payment provider rules, Hichkola's policies and applicable law.

12. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION

Hichkola may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, Community Guidelines, applicable law or platform safety requirements.

13. ACCOUNT DELETION

Users may request account deletion through the account deletion mechanism provided by Hichkola.

14. AVAILABILITY

Hichkola may modify, suspend or discontinue features where necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance or other legitimate reasons.

15. CHANGES TO TERMS

Hichkola may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be made available through the application or official website.
