1. Host Eligibility

Hosts must meet Hichkola’s eligibility requirements and must be at least 18 years old.

2. Independent Participation

Hosts participate independently and are not automatically considered employees of Hichkola.

Host participation does not create an entitlement to joining salary, fixed salary, PF, employee benefits or guaranteed income unless separately agreed in writing.

3. Verification

Hichkola may require verification before allowing host-related features or withdrawals.

Verification may include:

• PAN details.
• Bank account information.
• IFSC information.
• Selfie/identity verification.
• Other information reasonably required for verification.

4. Accuracy

Hosts must provide accurate information.

False, misleading, fraudulent or stolen information may result in rejection, suspension or permanent termination.

5. Host Conduct

Hosts must follow Hichkola’s:

• Community & Safety Guidelines.
• Terms & Conditions.
• Payment rules.
• Communication rules.
• Verification requirements.

6. Withdrawal Verification

Hichkola may require successful KYC/verification before processing withdrawals.

7. Security and Fraud Prevention

Hichkola may hold, review or restrict transactions where reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud, manipulation, abuse or other violations, subject to applicable law.

Hichkola Host Earnings & Withdrawal Policy

1. Voice Call Earnings

Under the current Hichkola earning model:

• User voice-call charge: ₹6 per minute.
• Host earning: ₹2 per minute.

The applicable platform/service charges and legally required deductions are handled according to Hichkola’s applicable payment structure.

2. Message Earnings

Where applicable under the Hichkola host earning model, a host may earn ₹0.50 per eligible message.

Eligibility may depend on the applicable Hichkola system and rules.

3. Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₹100, subject to successful verification and applicable conditions.

4. Maximum Daily Withdrawal

The maximum withdrawal limit is ₹9,000 per day, subject to Hichkola’s applicable rules, verification and transaction controls.

5. Platform Charges

A 10% platform/service charge may apply in accordance with the applicable Hichkola withdrawal/payment structure.

6. Taxes and Government Deductions

TDS, GST or other applicable taxes, deductions or statutory charges may apply according to applicable Indian laws and regulations.

7. Withdrawal Review

Hichkola may review withdrawals for verification, fraud prevention, transaction accuracy and legal compliance.

8. Incorrect Information

Hichkola is not responsible for delays or failed withdrawals caused by incorrect bank, PAN, IFSC or other information provided by the host.

9. Changes

Hichkola may modify earning rates, limits or charges in accordance with applicable business requirements and law, with appropriate communication where required.
